Saskatchewan Immigration program invites 500 fresh applicationsSaskatchewan has raised the intake of migrants through one of the leading immigration programs and is expected that it would accept nearly 500 fresh applications for different categories. This immigration program is nicknamed as SINP and experienced employees with relevant hands-on experience in the domain can create an application for a provincial nomination certificate. They can apply for Canadian PR once they have successfully completed this phase. One of the best parts of this immigration program is that employees need not have a job offer to send a request for this immigration program.

This immigration program has renewed on a multitude of instances this year where the request intake cap was filled within days after the program was launched. The list now invites applicants to nearly 21 jobs across a slew of trades, and the lion’s share of job opportunities lie in Information Technology, Healthcare, agriculture, engineering, and manufacture.

The SINP sub-category is a ‘base’ sub-category, which implies that this program is not allied with the federal Express Entry program. People who are not qualified for the Express Entry program or people who are qualified for the Express Entry program and unable to secure an invitation to apply for PR may be qualified for this program (provided they have the necessary experience and hands-on skills).

Candidates need to fulfill all the following requirements to be eligible to apply for the SINP program

  • Candidates need to have a proof of legal status if presently living in Canada.
  • Candidates need to secure a minimum score of (CLB) 4 in the Canadian Language Benchmark.
  • Candidates need to complete education or training which is equivalent to the education standards in Canada
  • Candidates should secure a diploma, degree, certificate, or a certificate comparable to a trade certificate.
  • Candidates need to have proof of settlement plan and settlement funds.
  • Candidates need to have a minimum of 1-year experience in the last 10 years relevant to the field of training or education in a highly-skilled job.
